Members of OSF HealthPlans are entitled to
certain information about our physicians. Our Member Services
Representatives can verify information such as type of practice, location
and office setting (clinic or private practice), methods of compensation and
names of hospitals where physicians have admitting privileges. Other more
specific information about physicians may be requested through the
individual physician's office.
